ACCELERATION is a change in speed over a period of time; the higher the acceleration, the faster the change in speed.
DRAG is a term used in fluid dynamics that is sometimes referred to as air resistance or fluid resistance. Friction is one of multiple factors that influence the amount of drag encountered by a body moving through a fluid such as air or water.
INERTIA: when an object remains still or moves in a constant direction at a constant speed.
G FORCE: a force acting on a body as a result of acceleration or gravity, informally described in units of acceleration equal to one g.

Overall, I barely noticed this project happening, but our ability to finish a paper on a project such as this one while being told that we were running low on time on a different project is a testament to our skill of multi-tasking. We were able to change gears, completely ignore our senior capstone, and dedicate our resources to finishing this project. Adam and I worked effectively in splitting up the work, and as I was charged with research, I would say my research skills have improved dramatically.
However, this project defiantly had some pitfalls. For one, we were to focus on two projects at once. Both Adam and I have a shared passion in our senior capstone project, so we indulged in that. We were told that we were to start thinking and brainstorming ideas while making this helmet design, however, we were unable to do both at the same time. Another pitfall was this website update. After finishing the paper, I had put this website update on the back burner and put all my attention in our capstone project. I should have finished the helmet project before jumping to the next one.
